Notes: Fantastic performances from the entire original cast. Jessie's voice fits beautifully with the score, and she gives a gut-wrenching performance of She Used to Be Mine. Drew, Kimiko, Keala, and Christopher are each hilarious and endearing. Nicely captured with just a few quick dropouts and no major blackouts. There is one head on the left that can occasionally be seen, but it never blocks the action. There is some slight washout in some of the wider shots. It's filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

The rest of show, however, is captured gorgeously (and this time not diagonally). The video is very Shoshana focused, but I try to give everyone (yes, Jeremy too) their moments. The colors are absolutely vivid and I was trying new stabilization settings on my camera and god I'm gonna keep it this way. Do not list this video with an exact date.

Notes: The first ~13 minutes are heavily obstructed, and sometimes fully dark, due to an unfortunate head blocking most of the action in front of the kitchen set piece, but luckily the person moved and every other musical number is mostly unobstructed and steady with the action followed well. Scenes are a little more shaky, but besides working around the head at times and some minor drops throughout it is consistent and clear! Most main action especially in the center is captured and big numbers like SUTBM are great. Both acts are shot start to finish. Ciara and Gerianne are both fantastic stepping into their respective roles!

At this point the cast hadn't played in front of a paying audience ever and were still rehearsing lines so keep that in mind. Also Lulu is not in this rehearsal, so the cast imagine interacting with her (for those who haven't seen the show, she's a character who comes out in the last 5 minutes so you won't miss much).
